Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Currently we offer credit card payments (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, JCB) through Stripe. The payment platform is fully secured and safe. We do not retain any information related to your credit card.

Please refer to the table below for approximate shipping times. There may be exceptions where an item might take longer than the times listed below. If you haven’t received an item within 60 days, please email us and we will look into it and refund/reship as needed.

You may track your shipping by using the tracking number we provide to you once your items are shipped. Depending on the items you ordered, we may send items in separate shipments based on our warehouse inventory and to provide a faster shipping experience for you.

Updates for tracking may be slow when depending on local post carriers. We are aware that countries like US, Canada and UK typically have slow status updates.

Chances are a delivery attempt was made but no one was home. A second delivery attempt may be made by your local carrier or your items may be awaiting a pick up at the closest pickup location noted on your delivery slip. You can contact your country’s local postal service for further inquires.

Firstly, we apologize that your items didn’t reach you within 60 days! Due to external issues with shipping, this can happen from time to time. Please contact us using our contact page and specify the email address you used with your order as well as the tracking number of the shipment that didn’t arrive. We will look into it and get back to you within 12-48 hours. If we cannot reliably ascertain the location of the shipment, we will issue a refund.
