Returns / Damaged Items
At ZNAnime, we try our very best to provide the absolute best service, meaning we will always be helpful when you have questions and we will ensure refunds/returns are given to damaged orders. This is why we allow 14 days warranty after your order has arrived to report a damaged purchase. In this time we will review your concerns and gain relevant evidence such as an image/video of the damage and if there is clear damage we will accept your request for a refund or return. If we require you to send the item back to us, we will pay for the return shipping so no additional cost comes to you.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refund is only applicable if the product has arrived damaged, the proof is needed in order to determine if a refund is necessary.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
